Malton Laser has used its cutting capabilities to manufacture components for adjustable and reusable access ramps and steps.

Skipton-based Access Solutions Ltd has worked with Malton Laser since 2003, most recently calling on the sheet metalwork manufacturer’s expert engineers to produce parts for a series of adjustable steps utilised by a number of portable building companies nationwide.

Malton Laser cut a series of stainless steel parts that make up the stringers on the modular, adaptable steps. These parts are then pressed into shape to guarantee that the step systems will move smoothly to cater for various different access needs, while boasting the strength and structure of a permanent fixture.

Helen Owen, director at Access Solutions Limited, said: “Malton Laser is an exceptional company to work with – the team offers unrivalled levels of first-class customer service, along with producing quality work time-after-time.”

Access Solutions provides a host of permanent and temporary access options, from modular concrete ramps and steps to embankment steps, concrete walkways and modular concrete platforms.

Charles Corner, managing director of Malton Laser, said: “To have worked with Access Solutions Limited for more than 14 years is a testament to our customer service and value-for-money, as well as the industry-leading services we offer thanks to our innovative machinery and equipmentused across all projects.

“Our engineers work very hard to ensure that each component produced for the company’s modular access systems is manufactured to stringent a specification, guaranteeing ease-of-use for the end user.”

Malton Laser specialises in providing a full sheet metalwork service, from laser cutting and pressing to fabricating, powder coating and assembly.
