We aim to return quotes in response to a laser cutting enquiries within an hour. To improve our response times for orders sent in the middle of the day, we are going to trial slightly different working patterns for our sales team.
From the week commencing Monday 19th October, for a period of two weeks, our team will be taking shorter lunch breaks and going home half an hour earlier. This will benefit the bulk of enquiries sent throughout the day, but will change our office hours slightly to 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 4.30pm on Fridays.

Customer service is at the forefront of everything we do. Many of our customers work to tight deadlines, requiring fast quotes as well as great prices and an excellent final product. These changes to our schedule are working towards this goal. If they work for our team and we have positive feedback from customers, we will make them permanent.
