We are proud to introduce a brand new press. Hailing from the Evolution series, the Vector 800 utilises the latest in press technology in the form of fully automated controls and dedicated robotics. This is a massive investment for the Group, undertaken to ensure customers reap the benefits of quicker lead and press times through precision controlled cycles, and larger mouldings with shot weights up to 4.5kg. This brings Fisher Plastics into the domain of the bigger-press injection moulding firms, thus allowing greater offerings to the market. Including added services of own-truck delivery, bespoke colouring, ultrasonic welding, 2nd operation assembly capabilities & Kanban etc.
The addition of the 800 tonne press complements the existing 720 tonne capability, with a further 11 machines ranging from 22 to 480 tonnes, 4.5g to 4.5kg shot weights, generating seriously diverse abilities for a seriously diverse customer base.
