Rayburn ltd have been on-off members since 2001. They have used the Qimtek service to their advantage by focusing on building long term business relationships, rather than winning initial orders - Something that has very successfully paid of.

When asked what advice they would give to other members and perspective members alike, sales director David Pedwell said: “Always make a point of contacting the company via telephone and talk to them. Talking to the customer is crucial in building working relationships with potential customers. Don’t be put off if you are not successful at first, but make sure you put the effort in, or you will fail”

By joining the Qimtek membership, Rayburn were able to alleviate pressure from their sales staff to generate enquiries which in turn has allowed them to focus on other aspects of the business. One of their biggest achievements to date is securing a 5 year contract worth over £250,000, from a very well known and respected electronics company.
