With over 30 years experience supplying precision machined components to a broad range of industries, XL-CNC are the pinnacle of CNC engineering. Since joining Qimtek in August 2016 they have secured orders from 12 new customers, worth an impressive £41,000 in initial order value. They estimate 85% of those new customers have since gone on to place repeat orders and send additional enquiries direct.

Amanda Simpson, Production Manager, was sceptical at first and highly reluctant to commit to any form of paid membership. Despite her concerns, Amanda took the plunge and initially joined the membership on a small business basis. Six months, later XL-CNC had secured a handful of orders and was half way to achieving a personal goal of obtaining one new customer a month – a challenging task, even for the most experienced sales person! Upon upgrading the account in order to receive a higher amount of enquires per month, XL-CNC’s success continued. One year later and they are waiting on official orders from customers number 11 and 12.

“I didn’t think for a minute I’d achieve it!” Amanda tells us. “I’m addicted. My Qimtek account is continually logged in. I use it all day, every day. There are many aspects of the account I enjoy – permanent access to the online account and its history, its simplicity to use and of course the staff who are always friendly and helpful! There isn’t really anything I dislike about the Qimtek membership.’ She continued ‘I’d like to be able to moan about the cost of membership, but I can’t because we’ve more than covered these costs in new customer orders.”

When asked if she would recommend Qimtek to others, Amanda replied. “Without a doubt! We recently tried another live lead service – it was terrible. I’m very happy with Qimtek.”
