OF Bell’s design engineering team develops products from scratch, designing plastic-moulded components and parts that replace more expensive metals to offer greater manufacturing efficiencies, getting components and moulded plastic parts into our clients’ supply chains more quickly.
Our in-house workshop creates intricate tooling with pin-point accuracy, including multiple-cavity tools that maximise production capacity of miniature components. Bespoke tools used with our specialist injection moulding technologies allow for the smallest shot weights, some from just 0.5g, minimising waste and preserving the quality of plastics on every mould, while overmoulding and insert moulding technologies complete precision watertight components neatly, ready for use.
