The Advanced Engineering exhibition is celebrating its tenth birthday with its biggest event yet and a new Nuclear Engineering zone.

The 2018 show builds on the success of last year’s exhibition, where attendance increased by 15% on the previous year. Visitors stayed on average just under three hours at the show, many looking for new products and services.

The other show zones are: Aerospace Engineering, Composites Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Performance Metals and Connected Manufacturing. In addition, the Enabling Innovation showcaseis being repeated this year. It provides a unique opportunity for 50 start-ups & researchers to showcase the next generation of exciting new technologies.

As last year, the exhibition will be held in halls 2, 3 and 3A, though now there are two entrances to the Show, making navigation of the huge exhibition space easier.

Last year the show as the UK’s largest meeting place for advanced engineers and attracted some of the industry’s biggest names including Airbus; Boeing; Jaguar Land Rover; Hexcel; and Dassault Systèmes, who met and did business across the supply chain, with visitors from a range of engineering specialisms including: automation, design& test engineering, process control, machining and many more.

The two-day open conference is accredited by the CPD Accreditation Service.
