Environmental Technology company, Nederman (stand Y140) will showcase its approach to helping engineering and manufacturing businesses address their clean-air challenges when it comes to their extraction systems.
Rather than focusing solely on individual products, Nederman's presence at the show will centre around the Clean Air Lifecycle, demonstrating how the company works with customers from understanding their requirements through to the ongoing support of their solution.
The approach is built around four stages: Assess, Design, Build and Service.
It starts with understanding the customer's industry, processes, contaminants, working environment and operational requirements. This allows Nederman to identify the challenges that need to be addressed before engineering the right extraction solution around the customer's specific requirements.
The design stage combines application expertise, engineering knowledge and digital engineering tools such as ProQuote to develop complete clean-air solutions, considering factors including capture, airflow, filtration and control.
Nederman then brings together the technology, expertise and resources required to turn the design into a complete solution, from installation and integration through to commissioning and handover. Ongoing support is an integral part of the approach, with services including LEV testing, planned maintenance and service agreements, alongside digital tools such as Connect and Insight.
The stand will focus on a range of industries relevant to the Advanced Engineering and manufacturing community, including Automation & Robotics, Energy Transition, Defence, Circularity, Recycling & Waste Management, Pharma, Data Centres and Automotive.
Each industry faces different processes, materials and airborne contaminants, and therefore different clean-air requirements. Nederman's approach is to start with those individual challenges rather than apply a one-size-fits-all solution.
For existing customers and businesses already considering improvements to their extraction and filtration, Advanced Engineering also provides an opportunity to speak directly with the Nederman team about existing systems, new or changing processes, energy efficiency, maintenance requirements or future projects.
