The Brookvale Manufacturing Co, which specialises in presswork, wire-forming and welded assemblies, has gained accreditation to the international IATF 16949:2016 automotive quality standard as well as the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard, and the ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental standard.
For almost 70 years, The Brookvale Manufacturing Co. Limited has supplied these products, as well Specialist Engine Dipsticks to the Automotive industry, as well as providing components for Garden Products, Power Tools, Mining and Safety Equipment industries in the UK, USA and Europe.
The company says that it recognises its continuous success depends on meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations and strives to ensure its commitment to customers is as solid today as it has been over the years.
All components are manufactured to customers designs and specifications, and all tools are subsequently maintained within the company’s on-site toolroom, so that they are readily available when required.
Capacity includes presswork from 6 to 75 tonnes, spot and projection welding from 10 to 40 Kva, wire forming from 2 to 18mm diameter, thread rolling from 3mm to 8mm diameter and Assemblies (Mechanical and welded) involving presswork and wirework which are spot or projection welded, riveted or brazed together.
