Bowers Group has appointed Ryan Kingswell as the new Director of Sales, Marketing, and Service.
In this role, Ryan will lead the teams across home and export sales, marketing, and service and support. Additionally, he will oversee the Camberley customer service operation and site management.
This strategic appointment aims to unify the sales, marketing, and service teams under Ryan's leadership. This integration will enhance customer service, focusing on the needs of Bowers Group’s customers, and will also explore new markets and opportunities for upcoming products.
Martin Hawkins, Managing Director of Bowers Group, expressed his enthusiasm for Ryan's new role, stating, "I’m thrilled to announce this new role for Ryan. He has been a significant member of our sales team for over 10 years and has made significant advancements within his tenure with Bowers Group. This is a considerable change to our sales, marketing and service structure. It's my belief that it will provide us with a much more unified organisation. Ryan joined Bowers Group office-based Tech Support team in 2013, moving into field-based Installation and Training roles and further into direct sales as Sales Product Specialist, where he expanded his knowledge of the company's product portfolio and sales strategies. Most recently, Ryan served as the UK and Ireland Sales Manager, focusing on driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. His experience and understanding of the business have prepared him well for his new role.

Following Ryan’s appointment, Jordan Gould has been promoted to succeed him as UK & Ireland Sales Manager. In this new role, Jordan will lead the UK & Ireland External Sales Team and develop and implement strategies to drive sales and continued business growth in the UK and Ireland.

Jordan joined Bowers Group in 2020 as the Mobile Metrology Centre Demonstration Manager, where he delivered in-depth product demonstrations. Following his success in this role, he was promoted to Central East Sales Manager in 2022, a position in which he excelled by significantly growing the business in the region. During this time, Jordan gained valuable experience in direct sales and distributor account management, proving himself a vital asset to the Bowers Group team.
