Agile Circuit Technology Group is expanding its workforce across both Active-PCB Solutions in Reading and Garner Osborne in Newbury, as the Group continues to invest in additional manufacturing capacity and its long-term growth strategy.
The UK electronics manufacturing group is recruiting across a range of production, strategic and leadership positions, strengthening the teams at both businesses as customer demand continues to grow.
At Active-PCB Solutions, recruitment includes additional Surface Mount Technology (SMT) personnel to increase production capacity at its Reading manufacturing facility. The business is also recruiting into new senior and strategic positions, including roles within production and supply chain leadership.
Garner Osborne Circuits is also expanding its team in Newbury, with recruitment supporting continued growth and investment across the Group’s PCB manufacturing capabilities.
Together, the two businesses provide UK PCB manufacture and electronics assembly capabilities spanning manufacture, PCB assembly, new product introduction, testing and inspection, conformal coating and box build.
The latest recruitment programme forms part of Agile Circuit Technology Group’s wider growth strategy, with continued investment in people, skills and capacity across both businesses. Recent investment across the Group has also included new manufacturing equipment and processes, including reflow capacity, conformal coating and upgrades to software and operational systems. Together, these investments are strengthening the manufacturing capability and leadership structure needed to support increasing customer demand and new programmes.
