Students at Northumbria University are undertaking a consultancy project as part of its work with The Business Clinic on energy management.
The project focuses on supporting an energy management consultancy in understanding how manufacturing companies engage with energy management services, with the aim of helping them tailor their approach to better meet the needs of the sector.
As part of the research, the students have developed a short survey aimed at manufacturing businesses to gather insights into their current practices, challenges, and relationships with energy management providers.
Topics include what goals companies haver when adopting utility management – such as reduced costs, improve sustainability, meet legislative requirements, enhance reputation – and so on, as well as the energy challenges companies face over the next few years.
To help the project to reach the right connections in the manufacturing sector, Engineering Capacity would like to invite you to complete the survey and hope to share some of the results.
