Birmingham-based photochemical etching specialist Precision Micro has appointed Joanna Masefield to its sales account management team as internal sales and key account manager.
Joanna joins Precision Micro with over a decade of experience in chemical etching, bringing a wealth of expertise in new product introduction (NPI) and production support. Her understanding of the industry and its components, paired with her proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service, makes her a key asset to the company’s growing commercial team.
Fluent in both Polish and English, Joanna’s multilingual skills and ability to connect with customers across diverse markets will play a crucial role in strengthening Precision Micro’s global customer relationships. Her expertise in aligning technical solutions with client needs underscores the company’s commitment to providing tailored, innovativeand precise solutions worldwide.
