Resurfacing after Covid

After a two-year delay due to Covid, Surface World Live opens its doors again on Wednesday 2 March 2022 at the NEC.

Whatever the product, from a complex aero-engine to a simple saucepan, engineers have to carefully consider the surface, taking in various concerns such as design and cosmetic appeal, functionality, wear characteristics, operating environment and longevity.

The organisers say that this is why all manufacturers should consider visiting this major international exhibition in Hall 11, NEC, Birmingham, on 2nd and 3rd March.

The event will showcase the very latest in the world of surface coatings; including surface engineering, surface technology and surface finishing.

This important engineering event enables designers and production engineers to keep abreast of evolving surface technology, equipment and services.

The Institute of Materials Finishing (IMF) is sponsoring the 2022 show. The IMF team will be on hand within the IMF Visitor Lounge to assist with any questions or problems you may be searching for answers to.

Surface World Live 2022 is sponsored by Surface World magazine and supported by all the major industry organisations including: The Surface Engineering Association, British Surface Treatment Suppliers Association, The Institute of Materials Finishing, Correx, The British Coatings Federation, Rubber & Plastics Research Association, Qualicoat UK & Ireland, The Galvanizers Association, and Corrodere.
