The new FDB 2-450 emergency-open device can be combined with swinghandles from their ex-stock range for use in walk-in storage situations such as cold rooms, refrigerated stores, data rooms or large cubicles.
The device works on rod lock systems to override the exterior swinghandle so providing an emergency exit for personnel accidentally shut inside the storage area.
