Indexing in confined spaces

Indexing plungers are the kind of item vital in many situations, but often requiring space grudgingly allowed and costs difficult to defend. The GN822 saves space and cost - it is a true mini indexing plunger at only 26.5mm long by 21mm knob diameter in its smallest incarnation - even the largest is only 34mm x 25mm dia.

Fitment is simple, pull back the plunger knob to reveal a hex head, and M8 or M10 thread suitable for mounting even in thin sheet metal of 3.5mm or 4mm.

An AISI 303 stainless plunger provides accurate positioning while the technopolymer knurled knob offers a safe and solid grip during operations. The GN822 is available in 2 executions - without rest position and with rest position, by pull and twist 30°. Black oxide steel brushings are also available to space the unit where installed on thin sheet. Further information on Elesa (UK) Ltd products may be found at: www.elesa.co.uk
