Neida Warehouse relocation to St Modwen Park, South Stoke, increases operational facilities to over 100,000 Sq. Ft
With 2020 being a challenging year for all industries during this Covid-19 pandemic, Neida are happy to announce investment for 2021 with a recent relocation of our Warehouse and Distribution facility.
The increased warehouse and distribution, from 12,500 SQ Ft to 22,000 Sq. Ft at St Modwen Park, South Stoke, increases our pallet locations from 1,200 to 2,800 and will also house our optical sorting and verification centre. The 22,000 Sq. Ft unit is within proximity to our main manufacturing site and Head Office and is strategically positioned within Stoke on Trent with direct access to A50 and connections to M6 Motorway.
Gary Crowther-Green, Logistics Manager, said “ The expansion and relocation of the distribution centre will enable a structured growth that will prove to be an invaluable entity of the business.” This recent move, to facilitate current and forecasted growth, brings Neida’s total Sq. Ft to 100,000 Sq. Ft of operational facilities within Stoke on Trent and I.O.W.
Embracing our Environmental ISO14001 accreditations, where we are continually working to reduce our carbon footprint, the new facility is fully fitted with the latest intelligent highly efficient – low-cost LED lighting and Electric Vehicle Charge points.
