Outstanding lubrication properties from the new TRIM MicroSol 530 coolant from Master Fluid Solutions

The outstanding lubrication properties of the new TRIM® MicroSol® 530 semi-synthetic coolant from Master Fluid Solutions provides surface finishing levels on aluminium components normally only seen with very high oil containing milky emulsions.

Unlike these emulsions, however, TRIM MicroSol 530 is very clean running and keeps machine tools free from residue build-up while reducing concentrate consumption and costs.

This latest addition to the company's highly successful boron, chlorine and formaldehyde free TRIM MicroSol range optimally combines cooling and lubricity for cost-effective and high-quality machining of aluminium, titanium, steel, stainless steel,  Inconel® and cast iron.

It provides excellent protection of sensitive alloys, including aerospace and nuclear materials, as well as superior corrosion inhibition on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Although formulated for multi-metal applications, TRIM MicroSol 530 really comes into its own on aluminium. Its performance, cleanliness and ability to run without foam in the softest of water makes it the perfect choice for alloy wheel machining, for example, as well as down the hole applications such as drilling and tapping.

Other significant benefits of TRIM MicroSol 530 micro-emulsion are long tool life and exceptional sump life, achieved without the need for tank-side biocides or fungicides.  It keeps parts and machines very clean to reduce maintenance and coolant carry-off.

Manufacturers serving the aerospace, automotive and medical industries as well as those in general, multi-metal parts production will be the main beneficiaries of the introduction.
