After losing their in-house engineer and following a string of bad replacements, RW Armstrong concluded that they would source a new supplier via Qimtek – a professional buyer tool for the UK manufacturing and engineering industry.
'We’ve placed a few orders with suppliers found via Qimtek and were pleasantly surprised with the results - we’re hoping to build long-standing relationships with each of them,' they explained.
When asked what aspects of the service they particularly enjoy, RW Armstrong replied: 'The service is free, so it doesn’t cost us anything to use. On top of this, interested parties contact us directly, meaning we liaise only with those wanting, and willing, to do the work.'
