Oil & Gas - 

• Our staff are highly experienced and competent in the manufacture of components made from high performance materials required in the sub-sea environment. Producing specialist components for the oil and gas industry has taken years of dedicated effort and on the job learning.
• We can now offer this expertise to all industries utilising exotic high performance material like Super Duplex, Alloy 625 and Aluminium bronze.

Defence - 

• Alpha has been part of the supply chain for defence products for over 12 years. We produce machined, welded and painted assemblies for control systems and supply from rolling stock for new and spare’s requirements worldwide.
• We have been involved with marine defence, particularly nuclear propulsion repair equipment, for over 10 years.
• We produce parts that are used in the control systems on the latest European fighter aircraft. Over the next 2 years alpha will be aiming for higher accreditation in the defence market sector.

Scientific - 

• From prototyping, to first off batch, to on-going production, we manufacture and consult to give you the best solution to your engineered components.
• We have a dedicated Scientific engineering department which includes up to date CNC machining centres, lathes, wire & spark erosion, welding for vacuum and vacuum testing, scientific cleaning and packing.
