We are DEM Sports, based in Welney, specialising in bespoke laser cutting services. Our manufacturing capabilities are centred on our Bodor T2 3kW tube laser cutter, which allows us to process a variety of tube, angle, channel, and structural sections. We have the capacity to handle materials up to 9.3m in length and 300kg in weight. Our laser cutting service is compatible with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium using oxygen or nitrogen gases. We can accommodate tube diameters up to 220mm, square hollow sections up to 160mm x 160mm, and wall thicknesses of up to 15mm for mild steel. Beyond our core cutting services, we provide free local delivery within a 30-mile radius of our Welney facility. We are also known as inventors and manufacturers of sports equipment, including folding practice cages.
