Dennis Lee & Co is a Norfolk-based hydraulic and precision machining specialist, family owned and run since 1976. From its CNC machine shop and dedicated hydraulic repair facilities, the company supplies precision-machined components, refurbished and bespoke hydraulic rams, hoses and fabricated assemblies to customers across the UK, Europe and worldwide. With live-tooling CNC lathes, milling centres and in-house welding, fabrication and cylinder honing, Dennis Lee & Co offers a complete service from one-off prototypes and repairs through to full production and on-site hydraulic support.

Manufacturing Services

Dennis Lee & Co provides an integrated mix of machining, hydraulic and fabrication services, including:

  • CNC Turning & Milling – Precision machined parts in carbon steel, brass, aluminium, stainless steel and plastics, from prototypes and samples through to large batch runs, with optional metal treatments such as zinc plating, anodising and hardening. 
     
  • Hydraulic Ram Repairs – Full cylinder refurbishment service with free assessment and quotation, new rods, glands and seals as required, in-house honing and full pressure testing before return.
     
  • Bespoke Hydraulic Rams – Design and manufacture of one-off or batch rams from an existing unit, drawing or customer concept. 
     
  • Hydraulic Hoses & Components – Trade counter supply of bespoke hydraulic hoses, fittings, kits, jet/power-wash hoses and fluid/air transfer components, with nationwide despatch. 
     
  • Welding & Fabrication – In-house and on-site welding/fabrication for repairs, refurbishments and new machine concepts, supported by an experienced design team and CAD development. 
     
  • Mobile Hose Repair – Emergency and planned mobile hydraulic hose repair service, including on-site fault finding, hose replacement, flushing, testing, fluid analysis and total hose management.
