ECAM Engineering Ltd, based in Cheadle, Staffordshire, is a UK‑based precision engineering and metal fabrication supplier with over 50 years of experience. From their well‑equipped facility, they deliver a full suite of services including laser and plasma cutting, CNC machining, metal fabrication and welding, press braking, and in‑house finishing (painting, powder‑coating, shot blasting) offering clients a single point of contact for their manufacturing needs, from prototype right through to volume production.
Manufacturing Services
ECAM Engineering offers a broad range of capabilities and services, including:
- Laser, Plasma & Oxy‑fuel Cutting: Precision profiling of steel, stainless, aluminium and other metals using laser, plasma or flame cutting.
- Sheet Metal Fabrication & Press Braking: Folding, forming and fabrication of metalwork for bespoke or batch components in mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, ARMEX, HARDOX etc.
- CNC Machining: Machined components for both small batch and volume requirements, offering machining flexibility to meet client specifications.
- Welding & Fabrication: Skilled MIG/TIG and robotic welding facilities with 12 welding bays (including two robotic welders) for consistent, high‑quality welds whether for one‑offs or production runs.
- Surface Finishing & Coating: In‑house finishing services including painting (to automotive standards), powder coating, zinc plating, shot-blasting (to SA2.5 standard), offering durable and aesthetic finishes.
