About Faulkner Moulds Ltd
Faulkner Moulds is celebrating 30 years of experience in high quality toolmaking, precision engineering and production engineering. Offering full measurement and 3D inspection services plus design facilities, we are three-times winner of UK ‘Toolmaker of the Year’ for our outstanding customer service, and 2022 BfC 'Manufacturer of the Year'. We are able to create a vast range of metal components, from simple to highly complex. We have the technology to achieve repeatable accuracy to a few microns, and regularly produce work to sub-micron accuracy. CNC turning, CNC wire erosion, CNC spark erosion with automation system, high speed 5-axis graphite and hard metal machining centre, Mitutoyo CNC CMM (measuring machine), innovative robotic production cell. Manual machinery includes surface and cylindrical grinders, lathes, manual milling machines.
