Our Precision Engineering facilities
F-Tech Precision Engineering has a CNC machine shop and fine limit sheet metal department within the same facility. With the latest state of the art machinery, programming software and an in-house design and consultancy service, we can offer full product development, from rapid prototyping to full batch runs.Combined with our expertise in finishing services, F-Tech can offer a full-turnkey solution for your manufacturing requirements.

Manufacturing Services
Our multi axis CNC machines use the latest CAD/CAM technology from FeatureCam. We work with a range of materials from aluminium to mild steel, stainless steel, tungsten, magnesium castings and aluminium castings.
With sheet metal and CNC precision engineering under the same roof, we can offer a wide range of manufacturing capabilities from complex, one-off and bespoke projects to large scale batches of simpler components.
Our prototyping services include multi-axis CNC machining, laser cutting, sheet metal fabrication and welding. We manufacture one-off complex machined prototype parts, sheet metal enclosures, full assemblies and pre-production runs.
Drawing on over 50 years of engineering and design expertise, our design engineers understand design for manufacture, allowing us to combine first class component design and consultancy services with engineering.
