Specialists in CNC milling, turning, and advanced 5-axis machining, supporting rapid prototyping through to batch and full production. We manufacture complex, high-precision components to tight tolerances with consistent quality and repeatability.

Our capabilities include wire EDM, reverse engineering, digital scanning, and fabrication, providing a complete, turnkey solution from concept and CAD/CAM programming to finished part.

Operating from a modern facility with multi-axis machining centres and advanced metrology, including CMM inspection, we ensure all components meet strict dimensional and quality requirements.

We machine a wide range of materials, including aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, engineering plastics, and high-performance alloys such as Inconel, Hastelloy, and other exotic materials.

Supporting one-off prototypes through to scalable batch production, we work closely with customers to deliver efficient, high-quality manufacturing solutions.

Manufacturing Services

CNC milling, turning, and advanced 5-axis machining services for prototype through to production. Supported by in-house CAD/CAM, design for manufacture (DFM), and R&D support, alongside capabilities including wire EDM, reverse engineering, digital scanning and inspection.
