Manufacturing Services
Precision CNC Machining: We specialise in high-precision turning and milling operations. CNC Turning: We have the capability to handle both small and large batch production runs using our advanced CNC lathes. CNC Milling: Our services include 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling for complex geometries. Prototyping and Tooling: We provide rapid turnaround for prototyping requirements and the manufacture of production tooling. Material Expertise: We frequently work with a wide range of materials, including Carbon Steels, Aluminium, Engineering Plastics, Stainless Steels, Duplex, Super Duplex, Titanium, and various Nickel Alloys.
Inspection and Quality Control: We maintain rigorous quality standards using our in-house inspection facilities, including using our Hexagon Global S CNC CMM, capable of volumetric accuracy of 1.9 microns!! and producing reports if so required.
Surface Finishing and Plating: We manage various outsourced finishing processes to provide complete component solutions.
