Welcome to IDEAS Engineering Consultancy Limited
IDEAS is an acronym for Invent, Design, Engineer, and Solve.

The overarching principle within the company is that all CAD Models, Drawings, and Ideas are 'Fully Constrained'

At IDEAS Engineering Consultancy Limited, there is a passion for engineering. From start to finish of a project, engineering support will be given to have a fully constrained 3D model, drawing, process, and an end product. Established in July 2021 IDEAS Engineering Consultancy Limited had the vision to help people who have good ideas that need someone with engineering experience that can help them make them real. As well as individuals, there are times established engineering companies will need help with resources and solving problems with resourceful and sustainable solutions to solve the demands of their customers.

As a Chartered Engineer with the IMechE and an MSc in Aerospace Design, Management, and Manufacturing for the University of Bristol, alongside my wealth of knowledge and experience, I can work with you and your company to engineer the design and manufacturing problems.

Engineering is a vast subject and covers many areas. At Ideas Engineering Consultancy the Core competencies are Design for Manufacture, GD&T, True Position, Model, Drawing creation, and 3D Printing. Experience is one of the key elements to seeing a project through from start to a successful finished product. With over 30 years of experience in engineering starting in 1981 with an apprenticeship my experience has been in manual machining, CNC programming, setting an operating, CAD/CAM, offline programming, teaching CAD, Mechanical Design Engineering, Product Design, Production Engineering, Systems Engineering, Robot technology programming, CAD and 3D Printing. With the goal of Right First Time, conforming parts will be achieved by working with your production engineers and machinists through creating Processes, Routings, and Process Control Plans leading to inspection.
