JSF Precision Engineering delivers high-quality machining and fabrication services. Our Brownhills facility offers manual/CNC turning, milling, vertical boring, and polishing, serving industries like Food, Water Treatment, Dairy, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, and Petrochemical. We work with materials such as stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and more, ensuring ISO9001-certified quality.

In 2022, we expanded with JSF Fabrications in Norton Canes, providing full-scale welding, fabrication, and assembly services, specializing in TIG/MIG welding and sheet metal fabrication. Our capabilities include design, prototyping, press braking, drilling, cutting, riveting, and finishing techniques like powder coating and electroplating. We serve the automotive, retail, and renewable energy industries, offering repair services for damaged items. JSF Precision Engineering is committed to delivering precise, cost-effective solutions.

Fabrication Services

JSF Fabrications, launched in 2022, extends our capabilities with a full fabrication and assembly service based in Norton Canes. This facility specializes in:

Our new fabrication site features three MIG bays, one TIG bay, and a fabrication and finishing bay, ensuring that we can deliver complete projects from conception to delivery, with all components produced in-house. We have successfully completed projects for the automotive, retail, and renewable energy industries, working with a variety of materials including stainless steel and nickel alloys.
