We are Stevens Rowsell (Precision) Ltd, a specialist sub-contract manufacturer of precision sheet metal components, welded fabrications, and sub-assemblies. Operating from a 20,000 sq. ft. facility in St-Leonards-on-Sea, South East England, we provide manufacturing solutions ranging from initial prototypes to full batch production. Our expert team focuses on general and fine limit sheet metal work, managed through lean manufacturing principles. Our internal capabilities include precision laser cutting, sheet metal folding, punching, and welding, alongside bead blasting and powder coating. We have recently expanded our in-house machining capacity to include CNC milling and turning. We operate a fully computerised purchasing and stock management system to ensure strict product conformity. As an organisation, we are committed to quality and operate a Quality Management System accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2015, which has been independently audited by the British Standards Institute since 1993.
