CNC Machinists & Multi-Axis Machining Specialists based in, Norfolk.
Operating 24-7 from our 15,000Sq Ft custom built new premises in Norwich, Tml are a BSI AS9100 Rev D. approved World Class CNC Precision Engineering sub-contractor specialising in 5 axis impellers, multi-pallet prismatic machining, 9 axis mill turning, multi axis EDM as well as standard CNC machining.

Most of our customers are either Aircraft primes / sub-tier manufacturers or are involved in top end commercial & industrial product manufacture.

We don’t make millions of anything, most of our work involves producing regular call-off batches of 5-1000pcs as well as MRO or Rapid-Response AOG work.

Originally Motorsport orientated, producing F1 & GT car parts on a ASAP PDQ basis, Tml has been built on an excellent reputation for high quality complex precision parts delivered with short lead times.

Following a strategic decision to focus the business development towards the premium commercial & Aerospace sector, we acquired full AS9100 / ISO 9001 approval with BSI in 2010 and this has lead us to move the company’s customer base away from motorsport non-repeat “1 off work” towards supplying regular batches direct to Aircraft manufacturers, as well as Aircraft systems and other commercial sub-assembly production lines.

Our plant includes the world renowned Matsuura MAM72-35v 30 pallet 5 axis machining centre as well as DMG Evo and several multi-tasking twin spindle Mazak Integrex lathes with simultaneous 5 axis milling capability.

Tml have been on a steady growth path for a number of years.

Our previous experience with all manner of machined components ranging from production car engine ancillaries, hydraulic manifold and actuation systems, air frame, engine components, fuel system, Naval gun systems, landing gear and cooling systems & impellers gives us a better understanding of specific types of machined components unlike many other sub-contract machine shops.
