Warren Services was founded in 1990. The company is proud of its record of providing high quality manufacture of components and mechanical / electrical sub assemblies to agreed schedules.
We moved into our existing premises in 2005. The factory was completely renovated and redeveloped, providing 3,000 sq metres of shopfloor area and new offices which gives us a modern and well equipped factory with new machinery and cutting edge IT systems.
The space is split into 1000 sq metres of CNC machining, 1000 sq metres of welding, fabrication and finishing and 1000 sq metres of water jet, laser and folding.
Our assembly processes are located in a separate 1500sq meter facility just around the corner from the main factory.
Our Services - Turn Key Solutions
Working Closely with customers specialising in problem solving, project managing, value engineering and custom design offering Turn Key Solutions.
Precision CNC Milling and Turning
In total we have 25 machines, the majority of which are CNC controlled. Milling capability extends to both vertical and horizontal machines. CNC sliding head with bar feed. CUT20 wire eroder for high precision components.Turning capability includes a 4m between centres lathe with 470mm swing over the cross slide and travelling steady.
Fabrication, Welding and Finishing
Large scale fabrications of up to 25m in length, in varying materials, are within our capability. Finishing processes include shot blasting, spray painting and powder coating.
Electromechanical Assembly and Test
Increasingly our customers are requesting that we provide the complete manufacturing solution. We are able to offer this in a dedicated assembly site with fully qualified electricians and fitters.
Dynamic Water Jet Cutting
Water is pressurised to 60,000 psi and forced through a diamond or sapphire orifice ranging from 0.1 0.25mm. The result is an extremely fine bead of water which will cut through almost any material. The cut is clean and accurate. The dynamic head provides a straight square edge to the finished profile reducing the need for machining.
Laser and Folding Cell
4kW CNC laser profiling centre and a 220 tonne 4m CNC seven-axis press brake complete with a space-saving automation tower that stores 8 pallets of raw material and automatically loads and off loads sheets. All arranged in a 'cell' with full IT integration between laser cutter brake press and office. Allowing 24 hour running.
We have developed long term relationships with many of our suppliers, to the extent that our site has been used as a showcase facility for their products and services. Information technology is extremely important to us, we invest in robust systems to give us, and our customers, a competitive edge as well as piece of mind. Ensuring seamless transition from order to completed product.
