WestCountry Profiles offers a comprehensive range of metal‑fabrication and cutting services, including:
- Laser Cutting – High‑precision laser cutting of mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper and more, supporting sheet sizes up to 3000 × 1500 mm.
- Waterjet Cutting – Versatile, heat‑free waterjet cutting for thicker or sensitive materials, for up to 200 mm thickness, suitable for metals and non‑metals.
- Press Brake / Forming Services – Accurate bending / folding using a 170‑tonne press brake (capable of 3‑metre sheet lengths) for forming complex sheet metal components.
- Sheet Metal Fabrication – From cut sheet to finished parts, producing profiles, brackets, enclosures and bespoke metal items to customer specifications.
- Full Project Support & Customer Service – Dedicated customer support from project idea through to delivery: quoting, cutting, finishing and dispatch.
