The project involves a complex, multi-part and multi-assembly product requiring multiple metalworking processes, with suppliers requested to refer to the sub-assembly drawings for an overview of the product and its complexity. The assembly requirements include metal frames, electronic motors, upholstery pads and plastic mouldings, together with end-of-line testing and palletising and shipping.
