The buyer requires fabrication of 30 aluminium mounting brackets for an automotive application, using 3.0 mm aluminium sheet. The manufacturing processes must include laser cutting, press brake forming, deburring and powder coating. The formed profile requires 90° and 45° bends with a standard internal radius of R5.0 mm, in accordance with the supplied drawing. Suppliers are invited to provide their most competitive quotations for the initial batch.
