The buyer requires 4 identical welded aluminium covers manufactured to drawings OH-TUK-FAB-01/02, with a DXF file supplied for the cheek profile. Each assembly comprises 2 laser-cut cheeks made from 3 mm aluminium grade 5083 or 5754, totalling 8 cheeks, and one 2 mm aluminium face strip in grade 5083 or 5754, rolled to follow the cheek edge and positioned between the cheeks, totalling four strips. All edges must be deburred and broken. The buyer requests a quotation for the complete assembly of four covers.
