The buyer is a third-year design student at Gray's School of Art developing a trophy for the 40th anniversary of the Offshore Achievement Awards. The buyer requires 13 identical or corresponding components to be manufactured, ideally in aluminium with a darkened finish, although alternative metals may be considered. An initial estimated quotation is requested for investment casting or, if more suitable, direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) additive manufacturing.
