Metal Spinning - Production of Metal Spun Aluminium Parts with Critical Radii Requirements

Quotations are being sought for the manufacture of a new metal-spun component. The project involves 3 spun aluminium parts, which must be spun to the drawing, clad in lead, and then cut into 2 or manufactured by any alternative method. The aluminium radii are critical due to coronal discharge considerations, and minor adjustments to the radius may be possible but will require verification. One complete set is required immediately, with an additional 2 sets anticipated following the initial build.
